M Streets

The M Streets is a historical Dallas neighborhood located mainly near downtown between I-75 Central Expressway and Greenville Avenue but also stretching stretching between the Dallas Central Business District and White Rock Lake. The area is filled with quaint rows of homes in myriad eras and architectural styles from 100 years ago up to today. The neighborhood is filled with mature trees, and located close to much of the entertainment, shopping, restaurants and nightlife that downtown Dallas has to offer.

Part of the M Streets is a conservation area, considered to be the M Streets Conservation area.
