Keith began his real estate career in 1991, and is very active in the DFW residential market. He is well known within the pre-owned as well as new construction community for his sales and marketing skills in selling residential, new and pre-owned homes as well as investment properties. He has been recognized internationally, having earned two of the most prestigious Re/Max International awards, Lifetime Achievement and Re/Max Hall of Fame. During his career he has sold over 2,000 + houses and developed his Team to include 6 Buyer Representatives and a full-time assistant.
Keith cherishes the strong relationships he has built with his clients, local builders and investors throughout his career. He prides himself with the tremendous friendships and referral business he has developed in networking back and forth within his customer base. Customer satisfaction is his “Top Priority”, and when he’s not out listing or selling houses you will find Keith on the golf course or on a boat.

Sherry is a Reno Nevada native but has been living in Texas for 12 years. She is the proud mother of 3 children who keep her busy. Sherry is actively involved with her kids extra curricular activities.

Sherry has been the Office Manager on Keith’s team for over 8 years. Sherry will guide you through the entire listing and selling process, by answering questions and attending to clients concerns. She is highly respected and appreciated by team members and clients. Her work ethic and driving force to get it all done has resulted in over 2,000 home sales, “What would we do without you” is a phrase Sherry hears frequently. Sherry is also a licensed realtor.

Kim’s real estate career spans several segments of the industry. She began with a 20 year stint in the mortgage industry. Moving to the sales side of the industry, she worked the new construction segment for one of Dallas’s top builders. Originally hailing from Arkansas, Kim has lived in the Dallas area for 22 years. During her time here, Kim has seen many changes in the metroplex, and knows quite a bit of the area’s real estate development history. Kim is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, with a major in business. She specializes in the North Dallas area. Her positive attitude, outgoing spirit, and task minded presence make her the perfect fit for many of her clients. She welcomes the challenge of finding the perfect home for her clients. In her spare time, Kim enjoys entertaining, working out, traveling and spending time at the lake with her husband.

With over 7 years of experience working with Buyers and Sellers, Sally’s passion to help you find your dream home will truly captivate you! She’s established credibility for her professionalism within the real estate community and been recognized for “Outstanding Performance”. Sally attributes her accomplishments to strong negotiating and organizational skills complimented by a positive attitude and dynamic work ethic…a friendlier person you will never meet! Having lived in the DFW metroplex for over 25 years, Sally stays up to date with current market trends and is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, project management, data analysis, accounting, marketing, public relations and personnel interfacing. Keri brings to the Keith Dobbs team over 12 years of real estate experience. She is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Mass Communications/ Advertising and Marketing. Because of her 4 years of service in the United States Army and living in 3 countries and 4 states, Keri understands the challenges of relocating. She is thrilled to assist families relocating to the Dallas area. Specializing in both existing home sales and new construction sales, Keri presents her clients with an aggressive and energetic attitude. Keri consistently provides home sellers with a high sales price to list price ratio as well as shorter than average time on market. Keri is an avid runner and a die hard Sooner Football fan.

Betsy Smith, the only UT Longhorn on Keith’s team, is a native Texan and lived in Austin and Florida most recently. Raised in Dallas, Betsy Smith felt it would be a great move to get back to her old stomping grounds and get into the real estate business. With a background in teaching and selling newspaper advertising, Betsy has been told by many around her, “you really should get into real estate” so that is exactly what she did. It is said that teachers, nurses, and flight attendants make the best realtors because they are detail oriented, organized, and know how to plan and these traits are what make up this fiery redhead. Betsy lives in Frisco with her husband and daughter and when not selling real estate, she is spending time with her family, attending her local church, or trying to stay fit. She is known for her extraordinary service and dedication in this business, by listening to her clients with an open ear and putting them first and foremost. She is very enthusiastic about where she is today and looks forward to her future ahead.

Shelly is a native Texan who was raised in St. Louis but returned to Dallas in 1984. Shelly as been married for 22 years and is the mother of 2 teenagers who are her pride and joy. Shelly’s sales career began in aviation, bidding on government contracts and procuring parts for various branches of the military. After successfully growing the business to necessitate the addition of 2 sales reps, a friend and fellow realtor recruited Shelly and launched her real estate career.

Shelly’s motto is “go the extra mile and do it with a smile” which has served her well throughout her sales career. Not afraid to ask the tough questions, Shelly is a true advocate for her clients and will “go the extra mile” to make sure their real estate transaction is seamless and positive.

Shelly loves boating and fishing, riding horses and most importantly spending time with her kids and husband.

Norm is a multi-million dollar producer whose success has been recognized throughout the real estate community. He has helped his clients buy and sell homes throughout north Dallas. With 10 years experience as a financial advisor for Smith Barney and American Express, an undergraduate degree in design from Washington University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from SMU Norm brings both analytical and design skills to bear when working with buyers and sellers. Norm, his wife Jan and two children Haley and Garrett have been residents of Dallas and McKinney for 12 years. When not helping clients Norm enjoys most spending time with his family. He also has a variety of interests including fine arts, history, skiing, the Dallas Cowboys and is a huge soccer fan from recreational, to club, to MLS, the English Premier League and the World Cup!
